My client based in Plymouth are seeking a Facilities and Workplace Manager to join their Property and Safety Team. Within this role you will support the Head of Property and Safety team in development and implementation of team delivery plans; be responsible for routine and emergency operational delivery of the facilities; lead, manage and direct the facilities team to carry out repairs and adjustments and lead on driving continuous improvement of the facilities management function.

To be successful within this role you will be a member of the IWFM or CIBSE; have substantial experience of managing building services in a property/ facility management discipline and can provide evidence of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and contractors.
