Training Consultant


Design, develop and deliver pioneering classroom training and digital learning for financial systems for large multinational organisations.


Keyteach is searching for smart, enthusiastic, tech-savvy graduates with strong vocal skills to join our fast-paced training team in South Manchester UK.

We specialise in the development and delivery of traditional training solutions and digital learning for financial systems such as Oracle EPM. This exciting opportunity is ideal if you're looking to progress your career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

You will need first-rate presentation skills as well as strong written English for this customer-facing training role. You’ll be expected to blend your technical knowledge and consultative skills to design, develop and deliver training solutions to address customer business issues. You’ll use your knowledge and expertise to create digital and classroom-based learning, handle a high volume of assignments and prioritise work to meet deadlines. You’ll need to work closely with colleagues and customers to scope requirements, agree on learning methods, evaluate results of projects and pioneer innovative and effective learning solutions.

This job includes the narration of audio for digital learning and you should have a clear and confident voice appropriate for audio and green screen video presentations.

Degree in Accounting and Finance, Mathematics, Business, Economic Studies or Computer Science, with real world experience. Alternatively, you may be a systems training professional looking for a great opportunity in a consulting role within a vibrant and rapidly expanding software services organisation.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills are essential.
  • Must hold a full driving licence
  • Be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Willing to travel worldwide when required
  • Be prepared to work non-standard hours to accommodate the needs of our global customer base.
