GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 p.a. 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Company:
Eileen Richards Recruitment are working with a very prestigious construction brand based in Leicestershire who are currently seeking an experienced and driven Learning & Development Advisor to cover a maternity leave for up to 12 months.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the E-learning system including development of courses in line with the e-learning strategy and business requirements and learner administration.
* Design and delivery of training sessions across the business including soft skills development, management development and bite sized training.
* Co-ordination of the induction programme in conjunction with the HR and Training Director including the administration of e-learning modules and the delivery of the induction half day in Leicester.
* Training administration and evaluation.
* Co-ordination of the apprenticeship scheme.
* Co-ordination of and delivery of training on early careers training schemes.
* Co-ordination of work experience placements across the business.
* Involvement in HR projects as required by the HR and Training Director.
* General HR support as and when required.
About You
* 2 years experience in a HR and L&D environment.
* Experienced in presenting and training to internal audiences.
* Experience of developing e-learning courses preferred.
* Experience of delivering learning and development activities in a professional services environment to all levels of staff including senior stakeholders.
* Analytical skills in order to evaluate return on training investment for the business.
* Professional, engaging and approachable.
* Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft 365 package.
* Ability to occasionally travel around the 13 regional offices.
