Logical Personnel Solutions are actively seeking for a recruitment resourcer to join our expanding Logistics team based in Leeds. Due to the rapid growth within our business we are in need of a suitable candidate to fit in to a busy environment and be a part of the ongoing growth within our team. We require all applicants to have experience within resourcing/ recruitment/ admin etc.
Some of the key roles and responsibilities:
* Interviewing drivers and going through the induction process with them, including reference checks, licence checks and audits.
* Advertising and sourcing drivers through job boards.
* Dealing with clients - filling bookings and servicing clients' needs.
* Creating costings for drivers hours/ time sheet processing.
* Assisting in payroll duties.
* System management/ credit checks.
* General administration duties.
The salary for this role is GBP16k per year although negotiable dependent on experience.
The working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday based in Leeds City Centre.
