Full Time Accounts Clerk
Must be an experienced in all aspects of accounts and with Sage Line 50 experience.
Working knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme essential.
Duties will include:-
- Processing delivery notes and purchase invoices.
- Putting together the weekly/monthly payment runs.
- Checking supplier statements and liaison with suppliers with invoice queries.
- Maintaining a sub-contractor database.
- Writing up the day books.
- Filing and photocopying as required.
- Answering the telephone.
- Maintaining the stationery supply and re-ordering as required,
- Taking the Post.
- Must be a thorough worker who pays close attention to detail.
Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
