Building Services Design Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical

Job Title: Senior Building Services Design Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical)

Location: King's Lynn

Salary: Circa £45-55K plus Car and Benefits depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company, multi-disciplinary design consultants who can facilitate any type of construction project, working from preliminary feasibility and concept design stages through to detailing, project management and completion.

The Candidate:

• CIBGE Qualified/ Degree Qualified as a minimum
• Must be self-motivated
• AutoCAD/Revit/Cymap/Hevacomp proficient with detailed knowledge of building services design for refurbishment and new build projects
• Experience of MOD an advantage
• Hold A British Passport - requirement of their Government Client

Due to the nature of their business on MOD and USAF bases, all applicants MUST hold a British Passport.

Due to the nature of the role, the company will not be providing a sponsorship or relocation package for this position, therefore, candidates will only be considered if they are eligible to both live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
