The role:

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for interpreting provider guidance, legislative, funding & contractual requirements and developing fit for purpose processes, guidance and appropriate communications to the business. They will design and incorporate appropriate guidance and procedural documentation, reference material, processes and resource that is suitable for a portfolio of contracts and designed for specific audiences which will inform and communicate the requirements that need to be met to deliver each contract and service. Guidance and resource needs to be standard, consistent and of quality that can be easily understood and embedded. Aligned with this, clear and simple process maps will be designed that ensures this information is conveyed clearly and effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

Interpret contractual and funding requirements for each contract. • Understand the legislative requirements and any associated obligations. • Design guidance and procedural documentation that is fit for purpose, consistent and standard. • Design process maps to underpin all guidance and procedural documentation. • Design other suitable resource that will support the understanding of contractual requirements (quick reference guides, scripts etc) • Use MI to identify weaknesses and strengths in understanding, adopting and embedding continuous improvements, reviews and sharing best practice where appropriate. • Support training requirements so that content is appropriate and consistent. • Support in the design of training to ensure guidance and processes are communicated in a clear and easily understood way • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive schedule of work that is geared towards designing processes and guidance that supports delivery of performance across every contract. • Have a clear onboarding and implementation strategy that ensures new contracts have appropriate resource & guidance designed as part of the implementation phase. • Assisting with and deputising for the Compliance Manager with the recruitment, development and retention of high performing and quality driven teams. • Identify areas of business improvement need, by analysing statistical data around compliance, audit and risk.
