Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the sales across the European region and will require an analytical and process driven mentality. Supporting the sales operations charter by managing the monthly bookings and reporting, supporting Salesforce adoption and offering a customer focused support function.
The role based in the UK will have a regional remit, primarily Western Europe but will actively work in collaboration with Emerging Markets of Central Europe & Middle East and Africa as well as with other regions. This role reports directly into the European Sales Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
* Processing the monthly bookings (sales) reports and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting by product lines, geographies and accounts in collaboration with Finance
* Develop analytical reports in xls and ppt for Sales Management and heads of business to support business planning
* Reconcile bookings report to provide deals allocation to Finance for Sales commission
* Provide monthly reports covering account team performance and sales recognition activities
* Supporting the Head of department during annual sales planning process including account assignments, Quota-Setting, and sales territory monitoring.
* Work collaboratively with internal customers - to resolve issues and seek ways to improve sales operations efficiencies
* Work with the department head in supporting sales optimization and productivity in context of improving tools and governing processes
* Support the current Salesforce implementation strategy
* Other tasks as required
Qualifications
* Process orientated with strong analytical and administration skills
* Experience in hands-on sales operations and financial reporting and experienced in administering Salesforce CRM
* Experience of Power BI or similar business analytics tool
* High proficiency of IT Skills with expert use of Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with a working understanding of Finance and accounting systems
* Self-driven, diligent and organized work ethic, who can work to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple cultures
* High proficiency in spoken and written English, additional European languages useful
