We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client to recruit to the position of Head of Colleague Experience.

Reporting to an inspiring and engaging HR Director and working as part of a great HR Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and inclusive internal communication activities to aid colleague engagement.

In this newly created role, you will focus on how the organisation engages with colleagues across all locations in a consistent way. Leading upon all Internal Communications you will create quality communication strategies ensuring all people are truly engaged with the organisation's purpose and strategic plans.

You will assess the current colleague experience from recruitment, right through the employee life cycle to colleagues who chose to leave the organisation, this will include working with peers and leaders to make really impactful improvements to create a more unique colleague experience. Working in partnership with leaders to shape the factors that most strongly influence engagement, you will align and evaluate colleague feedback tools, on-boarding programmes and ultimately build the employer brand.

Significant experience and understanding of internal communication planning and delivery within a diverse organisation is a must, as is a genuine people focus and the ability to develop internal communications strategies to support progressive people plans.

An accomplished Internal Communications / Engagement specialist, you will be creative, highly self motivated and achievement orientated. This is a pro-active position and you will need to achieve against a backdrop of a changing work environment.
