Permanent Part-Time Caretaker, 25 hours per week, Bradford
Your new company
Your new company is a Student Accommodation provider based in Yorkshire & Humberside, with excellent relationships with local Universities and international links. They are now seeking a part-time multi-skilled maintenance worker to supplement their current team of maintenance staff.
Your new role
You will be responsible for groundskeeping and maintenance within student accommodation in Bradford. This will include sam-day reactive repairs work as well as basic maintenance including painting, landscaping, cleaning duties and responsibility for the communal areas.
This is a part-time position of 25 hours per week, with flexibility across which days these hours are split.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent experience in a similar role and excellent maintenance skills, good teamworking and a good manner with people. A DBS is required for this position.
