Our client is looking for a HR Transformation professional with experience driving transformative consulting projects with exposure to business process services industry.

Role Summary
Provide consulting support to global clients leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.
Lead and manage large Innovation and Transformations in understanding as is processes and design to-be processes
Develop diagnostic reports, benchmark reports, fit gap analysis and requirement documents
Engage with senior level stakeholders effectively in order to define the optimal solution for the client
Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creating tools, templates and frameworks in order to increase our clients market credibility

Experience Required
Master in Business Administration with strong consulting experience, digital domain expertise and business acumen
Demonstrated experience working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities
Expert in reengineering the F&A process, knowledge on IFRS accounting and group reporting, with a working knowledge on the investment business
Proficiency in one or more Transformation methodologies
PMP / Prince2 certification preferred
