Premises Manager - Full-time - Special Needs Position

Pay: GBP22,462 rising to GBP24,799

Start Date: Apr 2019

We are looking to appoint a hardworking, skilled, dependable and self-motivated individual who will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the whole school site. You will be responsible to ensure the school complies with all current legislation relating to site safety and management.

You will assist in ensuring the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school premises, including planning, development and delivery of all aspects of premises maintenance, security and Health & Safety within the school.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.

Ripplevale School is an independent day special school for boys aged from 6 to 18 who have an EHCP (Education Health Care Plan) for being on the Autistic spectrum often with associated conditions.

Our school is located in the village of Ripple near Deal in Kent.

We have a dedicated and committed team of teachers and support staff and we take pride in providing an appropriate school environment where our pupils can learn and develop.
