This market leader has been working alongside dental practices for 25 years providing training, compliance, engineering, materials and equipment.
The Role - Dental Field Service Engineer
Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of dental equipment at dental practices in the Edinburgh, Livingston, Falkirk and Fife regions.
Your Background - Dental Field Service Engineer
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong background working in a customer facing Field Service Engineer role.
Applications are welcome from Service Engineers with broad based electrical-mechanical skills. Experience gained with medical, biomedical, dental or sterilisation equipment would be advantageous although isn't necessary as full training will be provided. Applications are also welcome from ex Armed Forces Engineers, (Navy, REME or RAF), seeking their first step a field service environment.
You must have impeccable customer service skills and have the ability to remain confident and professional in customer facing environments.
