Location: Primarily based Chester but must be able to travel within the UK and Ireland to other business units.

A Wellbeing Consultant will institute important programmes into the business and work with all levels of Management and Team Leaders across the Company portfolio to promote a positive working environment, ensure managers are able to identify signs of stress in their teams and are trained to take appropriate steps to address any issues quickly and efficiently.
This role will act as the in Company expert in Health and Well Being and be qualified to operate as an Employee Counsellor. This person will be the first line of defence for the wellbeing of employees.
As part of the role the Wellbeing Coach will be responsible for writing, producing, and implementing programmes and policies across the company and monitoring success.
To work with employees on 'self' well-being practices to promote a healthy lifestyle and ensure a positive mental wellbeing. These practises should include, but also go beyond the realm of, regular exercise and healthy eating.
A proper wellness programme will include work-life balance processes, advice on stress management and therapy programmes, facilitating open dialogue around all forms of health and wellbeing and mental health.
The Wellbeing Consultant will work closely with an Employee Engagement Manager and devise interactive ways to encourage participation and openness. He or she will also collaborate with the Director of Human Resources on educational programmes.
The role requires initiative, flexibility and discretion. The individual will need to be confident, assertive and have the ability to prioritise their own workload.
