Property Officer Required
Your new company
Hays are working with one of the leading housing and property providers based in West Lothian. A specialist in their field providing a first class service to private landlords and property owners, require a Property Officer to join their team on a fixed term basis.
Your new role
As a Property Officer you will be responsible for the day to day management of the client's factored developments and the letting and management of the company's own private stock.
Your role will involve the management of tenancy agreements, referencing and arrears collections. You will also be responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance that may be involved with the client's properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working within the letting/property management market. Experience of viewing and marketing properties alongside rent collection, debt recovery and debt management will be required for this role.
You will also have previously prepared Private Residential Tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
