We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious General Manager for this fantastic Health & Fitness Club in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have a been a General Manager within the Leisure industry, preferably a multi-faceted Health & Fitness Club.
As General Manager, it will be your job to lead the club operationally, ensuring excellent service and standards whilst delivering commercially on revenue with full accountability for your P&L. The General Manager is expected to lead from the front, with passion and energy creating a vibrant, positive atmosphere within the club. As one of the leading Health & Fitness providers in the UK you will have the opportunity to progress and develop, at the same time you will be expected to develop your team into the future stars of the business!
