Position Description

We have some exciting opportunities for Scrum Masters at varying levels who are looking to join our Space, Defence & Intelligence business unit. We need junior, mid-level and seniors, based in multiple locations, working for a range of clients and at different security levels.

Working closely with the client through our on-site teams we are working to help shape the future direction of some of their key capabilities.

We work with a variety of software development languages, Open Source and big data technologies to deliver new capabilities and enhancements. We are looking for Scrum Masters with a varied background who are equally comfortable taking on existing programmes as well as new greenfield projects.

Our roles are only available if you hold or fulfil the criteria to obtain a UK Security Clearance.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Managing the SCRUMS (in two week sprints), driving quality as well as client interaction and stakeholder management

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Proven track record of working with .NET, Web services, Web APIs and Backend systems.

• Strong C# & OOP skills are a must

• Strong knowledge of SOLID Principles, TDD & BDD

• Hadoop Clusters and associated big data technologies

• Automation (Ansible)

Desirable Skills:

• Containers

• Cloudera

• OData

• Atlassian toolset

Demonstrable analytical and consulting experience working across a broad range of military, civil government and commercial organisations

Our projects are based in a CGI office or client site but may require travel to other locations. The successful candidate must be able to spend time working away from home, if required.
