Production Team Leader

As Production Team Leader it is your responsibility that all Production Sites are maintained, optimised and repaired in accordance with procedures so they are available at all times to meet demand. The role demands to effectively prioritise work to cause no impact on customers whilst ensuring that sites are run in the safest, most efficient and cost-effective way.

You will need to be able to identify ways of improving processes and equipment to continuously optimise operational performance whilst ensuring that all safe systems of work are up to date and water quality is never compromised.

To be successful you will have an engineering qualification a minimum of HND while having an understanding of hydraulics, maintenance and process control. Having knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in the workplace and experience of a process orientated industry is key as well as leading and motivating a team.
