Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Required - Immediate Start - Rates GBP8.32 plus hols pay per hour.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity in the Hatfield area for Warehouse Operatives Level 1, working for one of Europe's leading IT service providers on an on-going contract.

Rates; GBP8.32 plus hols pay
Hours: Various Shifts

Must have 6 months experience working within a goods in/out environment. Must be able to work well in a team and be able to use a PC for basic duties. Spec: Candidates will work within the warehouse division of CC's head office. This is a hi spec warehouse with tall floor to ceiling storage bays and computer aided goods retrieval devices, successful candidates will be required to receive deliveries and unload items at the loading bay. Unboxing pallets and placing stickers on boxes/goods and scanning that to update the warehouse management system. In reverse when creating a pallet for delivery a sticker I printed and applied to the box/goods and scanned and marked as 'OUT' This can be a fast paced environment, and candidates will be working towards deadlines for items to be sent/received by. If assisting configuration engineers the OPS1 candidate will head up into the configuration centre and assist engineers in unboxing equipment and re-boxing hardware for the client. Hardware will be labelled appropriately and scanned in/out of the configuration centre.
