Junior or Intermediate Electrical Estimator
Our client is a large specialist National Contractor with six regional offices throughout the UK. This position is based in their South Essex office which controls their work in London and the South east of England.
Although our client are a specialist and operate in an important Electrical Engineering niche, which they largely dominate, we are not looking for someone with specialist knowledge of their market. Rather, we are looking for an Electrical Estimator, Junior Electrical Estimator or Intermediate level Electrical Estimator who has some practical experience and the capability to adapt their skills.
You will be working in a team of four. Training will be provided. Some Electrical Estimating Experience is required however our client are open minded regarding which area of building services engineering this comes from.
Our Client are a market leader in their specialist field and have been established for over 80 years. They have a market leading range of products and a regular stream of enquiries. Projects can range in size from 10K up to 100K in value, so we are looking for someone adaptable and free thinking who enjoys variety.
This role involves working with the existing Electrical Estimators, undertaking all manner of tasks associated with the Project Bidding process. The role is based full-time in our clients office in Essex. There will be occasional visits to sites in the home counties and London, as required, typically once or twice a week.
