Our leading financial services client are adding resource to their Digital Division to specifically cover the ongoing PSD2 piece.
They are looking for Senior Digital Business analysts to work between; journeys, products & proposition development. They will work the full end to end cycle that will require testing and readiness activities towards the back end of development.
With the changing digital landscape within the digital banking world the business are looking for a forward thinking individual that can think outside the box and have an appreciation for new companies, products and services within the market.
The business require a candidate from the following background:

The role will involve:
- End to end customer journey management / mapping
- Managing a team of Agile Business Analysts
- Proposition development
- Working closely with product owners
- Impact analysis

The role requires a senior candidate that has experience of large scale customer transformation programmes. They must be customer led in their thinking and be able to map and implement new end to end customer journeys in line with business strategy.
