Our client, a market leader Estate Agent are looking to recruit Sales Advisors to join their busy Call Centre.
If you are a confident individual with fantastic customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Our client is offering great training opportunities for the right candidate to build skills;
* Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs
* Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell
* Generating sales leads and appointments for property viewings, mortgage advice and property valuations from inbound customer calls
* Identifying customer requirement for buying/selling properties
* Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or through the clients networks of over 100 branches, in helping customers with their dream move
* Introducing customers to additional services i.e. financial services, lettings, conveyancing
Attributes essential to the role are;
* Willingness to learn
* Hard working and determined
* Professional, organised and punctual
* Excellent telephone manner
The role is located in the Medway area, the working pattern will be 5 days across a 7 day working period. The earliest shift starts at 8.20am and the latest shift finishes at 7pm. This includes 3 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays.
