FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

£21,589 - £23,836 - per annum

(paid pro rata for part time hours)

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Administrator to work as part of our small finance team across the two schools in the Robert Carre Trust (Carre’s Grammar School and Kesteven and Sleaford High School).

The hours of work will be 37 per week for 42 working weeks (term time, plus 4 weeks)

We are looking for a competent, well organised, reliable, motivated and flexible individual with finance experience, who has the ability to work with a minimum of supervision, and most importantly has excellent interpersonal skills.

Normal duties will include processing orders, invoices and payments to suppliers, bank account reconciliations and handling cash, and to assist the Management Accountant in preparing financial reports. Experience of school finances would be an advantage.
