We have a great opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Learning and Development Specialist. The role will be based at our Head Office in Maidenhead working in a small but multiple award-winning HR team that has been awarded with Investors in People Platinum & The Princess Royal Training Award.
Our core business is in an industry with no recognised definition of the term catering technician, no recognised qualification and no publicly available training programmes, this gives us a fantastic opportunity to define the standards.
To date, external rigorous assessors have indicated that we've done that in a structured and thorough way. Our training courses, uniquely in our industry and as very rarely achieved in any industry, are City and Guilds and ILM assured.
The results of our training coupled with sound strategy and real drive is that we have a fast-growing customer base - and an ever-expanding team, with constantly growing and developing learning opportunities.
We're looking for the individual who can take us to the next phase - improving our structures, our training delivery, write and deliver content, engage our people in all sectors of the business in attaining their goals, ambitions and full potential.
Are you someone who has a passion for L&D, who enjoys the importance and visibility of the role throughout the business, who lives and breathes empowerment and growth and who drives their fulfilment from witnessing the impact they have on other people lives and futures?
We look forward to hearing from you.

Our Company
MCFT, established 25 years ago, provides commercial kitchen maintenance for high-end customers in the UK and the Middle East; we joke that we won't work with customers unless we've heard of them - and it's mostly true. We're also highly regarded by all the key players in our multi-national supply chain.

Our colleagues come from a wide range of backgrounds - the thing they share is they want to be the best - and this bu
