Mploy are pleased to be working with a prestige research organisation one of only five in the world. They are seeking an Estates/ Programme Services Manager to join them on a permanent basis based in Southampton, this exciting opportunity will see you produce, monitor, manage and evaluate detailed project plans. You will also be responsible for developing their 3-year rolling programme of long term maintenance projects.
You will be experienced within Hard Services and Project Management. You will ideally possess a recognized qualification in project management and have an excellent understanding of project standards as documentation is essential for creating and developing new projects. Due to the nature of the business technical awareness is essential when working with external contractors on joint ventures.
In return for your experience you will be offered a competitive remuneration package, including a RCUK pension Scheme, 30 days annual leave with a further 14 Public/ local days off.
