Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a stand alone role and will predominately be an Internal Recruiter role. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with a number of Key Stakeholders, Regional Directors and Senior Management Teams across the UK business. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, selecting and on-boarding of all vacancies throughout the UK. You will also be responsible for developing and driving the companies recruitment strategy in line with our overall business objectives and will continue to deliver against the departments SLA's and KPI's as well as continuously review and develop these to demonstrate continuous improvements and efficiencies of the function.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have changing priorities in line with our operational requirements and as such you will need be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload in order to meet the company KPI's.
As part of attracting exceptional talent for our organisation it is essential that you are able to demonstrate your ability to write attractive and compelling job adverts that enhance our employer brand and attract the best candidates in the market. You will also have the knowledge and ability of using job boards and social media platforms for sourcing and attracting candidates. Working with our HR team you will also support the on boarding process for successful candidates.
