Due to continued growth over the last year we are looking for a part-time administrator to join our small friendly office team in Dalbury Lees Derby.
About the Job – The role would involve.
- Debt collection management
- Customer communication
- General office calls
- Aged debtor management
- Production of monthly statements
- Weekly reporting distribution
- Sales ledger postings
- Purchase ledger postings
About the person
It is imperative that candidates must have competent IT and keyboard skills, good communication /interpersonal skills, good organisation and analytical skills. Own transport is essential for this role due to lack of public transport in our office location. Candidates must also be prepared to undertake training as necessary for the role.
