Responsibilities of the Registered Care Manager (Nursing & Residential) Job include:
- The provision of care services to vision impaired beneficiaries, many of whom have additional disabilities, visiting the Centre for training, respite care, holidays and activity themed weeks
- Inspiring and developing staff whilst maintaining a passion for delivering the kindest possible care for our members and their relatives at all times
- Demonstrating your knowledge of and maintaining professional care standards
- Implementing and updating policies, procedures and care standards so that staff act in accordance with legislation and best practice
- A natural leader with drive, energy and the ability to embrace our 'can do' ethos
- A qualified nurse with a current NMC registration
- Relevant experience working in a similar position within the sector
- Able to keep calm under pressure and take decisive action when required
