They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join them to support the Head of Department in providing exceptional leadership and direction to enable the successful delivery of Apprenticeship programmes.

Ensuring that provision being delivered under the Apprenticeship Levy meets its contractual and business objectives, the post holder must provide strong, performance driven management and operational support to enable the effective delivery of contracts. Providing a team of Assessment Coaches with day to day line management and support, you will be responsible for the initial allocation and subsequent delivery of work streams as they arise; overseeing and managing the quality and compliance of training and appropriate materials and delivery methods  

With recent and relevant experience of managing, motivating and inspiring a field-based team, you will have proven experience of delivering contract targets effectively and within the agreed time frame; a working knowledge of Apprenticeship delivery including reforms and the Apprenticeship Levy is required. 

Experience of assessing in the workplace and experience of internal verification is essential and you must hold relevant assessor qualifications and an award in Education and Training or equivalent.

This role requires flexibility, personal drive and a commitment to exceeding contractual targets as well as the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.
