Our client is a one-stop provider of Hygiene & Cleaning solutions for all industries, especially the food chain from farm to fork, Healthcare and Commerce. Solutions are wide-ranging, innovative and sustainable, with the company taking a highly responsible approach to chemicals.

They are now looking to appoint a Laundry Application Specialist to join their fast-growing Laundry division in Riyadh.

As their Technical Sales Engineer – Laundry Specialist you will manage, develop and enhance customer relationships by applying solutions to improve customer laundry processes; maximising wash quality and optimising productivity, particularly in relation to water and energy reductions. By way of technical expertise, you will provide a high-quality service to both existing and future customers and promote their services and the professional image of the company. Providing written technical visit reports, you will ensure that optimum use is made of plan trials and that customers fully appreciate the value of their products and services.

They are looking for an application expert that is extremely knowledgeable in the chemistry around laundry with a Chemical Engineering Degree or considerable experience to support this. With a strong customer focus and a confident nature, you will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills and be comfortable reacting quickly to resolve any customer complaints. Good time management skills are also a must, as is the ability to travel throughout the country with overnight stays if required. They’d also like you to be a Saudi national or have transferable iqama.

Those who have working knowledge of tunnel washing systems would be advantageous, as would those who have experience in programming chemical dosing systems (Brightwell/Hydro etc).
