HR Director - International

We are delighted to be partnering with a progressive and global brand, HQ'd in the US, quickly becoming one of the largest distributors and manufacturers in the Health, Fitness and Wellness Industry.

As part of their plan to further develop and establish their market presence outside of the US, they are recruiting an HR Director to join their offices near Nottingham and lead a strong transformation and evolution agenda throughout the businesses in the UK, France, Greece, and Australia!

Having doubled their global headcount in the past couple of years, they are now looking to harmonize the HR practices and policies across their European offices and, more importantly, reinvent the way the HR function partners with the business on a larger level!

The objective of the role is to act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to the leadership team, which includes directly reporting to the International MD and the Global Operations Director, with a dotted line into the Group HR Director in the US. You will be supporting a workstream of 270. Providing expertise in leading and advising on HR policies and practices that will enable the overall success of the local and global HR agenda.

As the company has gone through significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to act as a change agent and facilitate the business throughout this transition period.

You will feel confident in challenging the business with new ideas and creative solutions, while also investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be deeply passionate and have strong previous experience in driving an HR agenda for a global matrix-based organization going through transformation periods, and will be very familiar with activities such as improving organizational design; building talent capabilities; managing change initiatives; developing comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefit programs; fostering and driving the company's culture throughout the organization and much more - this will grant you lots of exposure on both a local and international level and allow you to quickly scale and develop into larger responsibilities and opportunities.
