Trainee Assemblers / Fabricators - Plymouth - GBP8/hr
We are now in the market for up to 15 Trainee Assemblers & Fabricators for a company who specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of fibre glass products and moulds. These roles are temp to perm once you have completed a successful 3 month probation period.
Having the right attitude and a willingness to learn will be key to a successful application.
Responsibilities:
- Thermoplastic welding, bonding and other jointing processes.
- Fitting and assembly skills including the use of hand tools and marking out.
- Measurement and inspection techniques using a variety of Metrology
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Working knowledge of fabrication techniques
- Working knowledge in a similar position
- Time served apprenticeship in a relevant field or equivalent (not essential)
These roles offer GBP8/hr. The company offer learning and development throughout each employees career with the company.
Hours of work 7am - 6pm Monday - Thursday / 40 hours per week
