This position is for an Education Recruitment Secondary Team Leader position for a specialist independent Teacher recruitment agency in Hull.

As the Manager for the Secondary team your role will involve managing a team of 4 recruitment consultants on a day to day basis, you will set and manage individual KPI's, motivate and incentivise your team, hold weekly and monthly team meeting, 1 on 1's, budget and fiscal planning and forecasting, control advertising and marketing cost and lead by example.

This is an established agency and branch a friendly place to work, targets and KPI's are realistic and designed to motivate you and your team and to be used a guide to help manage your team.

This position does require applicants to have education recruitment experience or come from a similar background such as healthcare, social care recruitment.
