This is a position for a none billing sales Director for an established education recruitment agency in North London
GBP75,000 - GBP80,000 basic salary OTE GBP100,000 - GBP120,0000 year 1
You must be an experienced education recruitment senior manager/Regional manager used to dealing with managers within a Teacher recruitment setting.
This is a financially sound and established agency built up over the last ten years or so through ethical hard work, dedication and enthusiasm and investment in their staff.
The roles involves consolidating the current business within the London markets with a team of four sales managers and a compliance manager reporting directly into you.
It's a very established branch which homes some of the companies top performing billers, currently being over seen by one of the MD's however after recent acquisitions this responsibility must now be passed on to a capable person.
This is an agency that has obtained DCFS and the REC quality marks woith severla branches across the UK
This is a very rare opportunity to take the helm of a very successful, profitable branch containing many seasoned managers and recruiters .
As you would be stepping into a near perfect scenario its very important that the right person, with the right experience is appointed.
