Graphic Designer / Senior Creative

We're Housesimple, Colchester based, multi award winning "Online Estate Agent of the year 2018". We're on the lookout for a talented, hands on, creative who is keen to be part of something bigger.

We're looking for an experienced digital designer with a demonstrable creative flare. Working alongside a UX/UI designer, you will turn your hand to whatever is required, taking the creative side by the helm using Sketch, Adobe CC and Invision. In your role, you'll be expected to do the following:

• Work collaboratively with different departments to identify UX and UI design problems and offer innovative solutions

• Research, ideate and conceptualise design solutions

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, designs, prototypes and effectively communicate ideas back to the team

• Rapidly test and iterate your designs through paper prototyping, low/hi fidelity designs and conduct user testing sessions

• Set up A/B tests to measure goals and optimise experiences

• Work closely with the marketing team producing digital and print collateral

You should apply if:

• 5 years industry experience or a degree in digital/graphic design

• You have an interest in learning new UX/UI skills

• You are a meticulous designer with high attention to detail

• Demonstrable experience of understanding business needs and championing user-centred design

• Ability to work independently and manage your own time and workload

• The confidence to take initiative and make solid, considered decisions

• Have experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment with ambitious Agile schedules
