A very exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator has come up to join a fantastic organsiation based in Woking. The purpose of this role is to support the Managers with any administrative duties required and being the main contact for the office. If you are passionate about HR, have previous experience within recruitment or HR then this could be a great role for you!

The position involves:

Being the first point of contact for all HR queries

Resolving and escalating issues when required

Manage the end to end recruitment process

Assist with the on-boarding and induction process for new joiners

Complete HR paperwork including offers and contracts

Making sure all files and all other dates are accurate and up to date

Assisting with the HR intranet and making sure the websites are up to date

Process all payroll changes and benefits

Liaising with external providers and raise and complete purchase orders

Organising background screening checks

Providing support in meetings when requested

Undertake any other duties when required

To be considered you will:

Be a real team player and be highly proactive

Have previous experience in an HR or Recruitment role

Be numerate, accurate and have good attention to detail

Maintain excellent customer service

Be extremely discrete and confidential

Be confident with HR packages and systems previously

Work with confidence

Understand GDPR and all HR benefits

Be positive and forward thinking
