Estate Agency Sales and Lettings Negotiator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading and well established Estate Agency based in Witney.
The company deals with Sales and Lettings across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire and due to continuous growth and success they are looking to recruit a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their existing team of property professionals.

You will be welcomed into a happy and hardworking team and given all the encouragement to further progress within the company.
Main responsibilities:
Register applicants for both sales and lettings and match to suitable properties.
Generate new business and book valuations
Provide support to Directors in the marketing of the property portfolio
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Provide Vendors and Landlords with regular updates regarding their properties
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Book property viewings
Provide viewing feedback to Vendors and Landlords
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
Progressing sales through to completion
Assist with company marketing campaigns
The ideal candidate will be confident, driven and ambitious with excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in sales. The position will be extremely varied so excellent organisational skills will be beneficial as well as an ability to work within a team as well as independently and to use own initiative. To be considered for the position you must have a full UK driving license.
In return for this, our client offers a very competitive salary of GBP22,000 basic along with realistic on target earnings of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000.
