Location: Near Grantham, Lincolnshire
Working with Paul Mitchell Associates, our Client, an established manufacturer & supplier company based near Grantham in Lincolnshire, are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant & PA on a part-time permanent basis. Working closely with the MD, the role is integral to the daily running of the business and covers a broad-spectrum including accounting process, marketing & PA administration.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Purchase & Sales Ledger,
- Cash flow,
- Developing reporting procedures,
- Credit control,
- Working with purchasing & sales contacts,
- Marketing & sales,
- Meeting with clients / occasional client visits,
- Office administration.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Experience & Requirements
- Part or fully qualified accounting professional,
- SME background, ideally in manufacturing & supply,
- Experience with marketing, administration and comfortable meeting with clients,
- Excellent numeracy, literacy & attention to detail,
- Be confident, self-motivated & possess excellent communication skills,
- Live locally (due to rural location, you must possess your own transport),
- Systems: MS Excel, Pegasus Opera, QuickBooks,
- Be immediately available or on short notice (i. temping).
- Appointment Type: Permanent
- Salary: £22,000 to £25,000, PRO-RATA'd for circa 25hrs (subject to experience)
- Hours: Part-time circa 25hrs PW (5 days @ 5hrs OR 4 days @ 6hrs), normal hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Holiday: 20+STAT
- Pension: NEST
