Do you want to start a career in sales and account management?


We are looking for committed and hardworking individuals wanting to start a career in consultative sales. In this entry level role you will be provided with full training and support to build your sales skills and technical knowledge of our product range. You do not need previous sales experience, but you will have strong determination and drive to succeed.

What will the role involve?

+ Responding to incoming email and phone customer enquiries ensuring customers are quoted and orders are processed
+ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions 
+ Negotiating with customers and challenging objections 
+ Working to meet and exceed your personal and team targets 
+ Building in strong, long-term relationships with customers 
+ Planning and making outbound calls to new prospective customers 
+ Maintaining accurate customer records on our CRM 

What would make you a great candidate for this role?

+ Any previous experience in an customer facing role (e.g. retail, customer service, hospitality) 
+ A passion for providing outstanding customer service
+ Motivated by meeting and exceeding targets and personal goals 
+ Personable with a natural ability to talk over the phone, hold meaningful conversations and listen to customer needs 
+ Strong written communication skills and comfortable working with numbers 
+ Ability to apply a common sense approach and think on your feet 
+ Enthusiastic to learn with a proactive attitude to develop your knowledge and skill set 
+ Competent with Microsoft Office package and picking up new technology
+ Any telesales experience would be a bonus but is not required
