Are you looking for a hands on leadership role where you will be responsible for improving and leading a niche but busy manufacturers goods in and stores department?
Here is a great role for someone with a continuous improvement's focus looking for autonomy, progression opportunities and a days based Monday to Friday role
The company are a niche, but growing batch based manufacturer who are gradually increasing their productivity levels. With much of what they produce needing to meet highly regulated quality standards they are looking for people who have a background in regulated quality and batch based logistics
The role involves being hands on and comfortable with manual work where you will lead a small goods in and stores team. Your role is accountable for ensuring that quality standards are met, a lean based process is adhered to, you are seeking out continuous improvements and that your team are organised to handle a busy schedule

*Goods in & Stores Supervisor
*Batch Work Manufacturer
*Monday to Friday (8-5:30 Monday to Thursday/8-1pm Friday)
Candidate Requirements:
*Stores and Goods in/out experience
*Manufacturing/Batch work experience
*Team Leader or Supervisory experience
*Lean, 5S or Continuous Improvements experience beneficial
