Electrical Estimator - Contract - Initial 6 month contract

I have an excellent new opportunity to be based in Sidcup for an Electrical Estimator working on a number of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.

The client themselves are a firm that supplies M&E services for projects with valuations from GBP50,000 all the way up to GBP6 million. They who are on the lookout for an Electrical Estimator who is available for interview on Monday 25th March.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in working with main contractors and full project life cycle experience (Cradle to grave) is vital:

Some advantageous assets would be:

- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Estimating
- Good understanding of all commercial fit out projects (particularly CAT B)
- General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project
- Experience or willingness to work as the principal Electrical Estimator in a small tight knit team
- Have proven track record as an Electrical Estimator on previous Commerical Projects

Contract Location: Sidcup

Contract Length: Initial 6 months

Contract day rate: Negotiable
