Reach plc's Creative department is based at the Manchester Evening News offices and we're recruiting a Creative Designer to bring fresh new ideas to our team.

Reach Creative operates as a mini agency; servicing and delivering creative solutions for a wide array of advertising clients, marketing teams and corporate initiatives.

We're looking for someone with an eye for the innovative and a flair for producing designs that grab attention and deliver an engaging message with clarity and purpose.

You don't have to be the finished article - we're more interested in finding someone with exciting potential and a real passion for outstanding creative design.

In return, you'll get all the support and guidance you need to become a top class creative designer and the chance to work on a vast assortment of digital and print briefs from local, national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with designers, copywriters & digital developers to fulfil advertising campaigns originating from client briefs.
  • Create original, inspiring creative designs for a range of advertising and marketing purposes.
  • Generate original ideas and concepts to steer our creative projects to spectacular and engaging outcomes.
  • Take every opportunity to develop your creativity and enhance your design skills

The Ideal Candidate
  • A talented and passionate graphic designer
  • Ideally experience of a commercial studio or agency environment
  • Superb graphic design skills across print/digital platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Animate/InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/CC
  • An understanding of the principles of advertising
  • Innovative and enthusiastic approach to every brief
  • The drive to improve and enhance your skills
