Patient Transport Driver - Part Time

The purpose of the role of Patient Transport Driver will be to transport patients between their home address and the Dialysis Unit in order for them to receive medical care.
The main requirements of the role are:

• A full UK driving licence and Class D1 licence (maximum of three points).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local road networks (40 mile radius).
• A warm and caring disposition towards our customers while observing patient confidentiality at all times.
• Maintaining contact with the Unit and accurately completing patient journey records.
• You will also be responsible for carrying out checks on your vehicle in accordance with Fresenius Medical Care procedures.

This is a part time role, 24 hours per week. Working hours are between the hours of 5am through to 12 midnight.
