Helpdesk Administrator job in Shefford to start asap paying GBP14.57 per hour
I am currently recruiting for a a full time Helpdesk Administrator to join my client in Shefford. This is a full time job working Monday to Friday on a long term temporary basis.
This job will involve processing work requests, notifying technicians of responsive maintenance repairs, liaising with customers regarding queries and scheduled repairs. You will also be responsible for access control and issuing visitor passes.
Candidates must have strong customer service and PC skills. You will also need to have experience within a helpdesk/facilities role.
