A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Operations Specialist to join the London office of a prestigious and forward thinking US law firm. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HR function in the provision of an effective and efficient HR Operations support service. This is a critical role to ensure the data integrity of all personnel data and efficient processes.

Key duties for the HR Operations Specialist will include:

  • Overseeing the data integrity of all data in the HRIS system including onboarding, off-boarding, as well as regular accurate maintenance and background check reports
  • Proactively identifying process simplification and efficiency opportunities, ensuring system capabilities are fully utilised
  • Participating in firm-wide system and process implementations and enhancements
  • Conducting new hire orientation and managing the coordination of pre-hire activities
  • Maintaining electronic files for international offices, including routine file audits

Candidates for the HR Operations Specialist position must be degree educated and have solid experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm. You must have worked with HRIS systems for a minimum of 3 years, with experience of Workday being strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. You must have good project management skills, and strong problem solving and analytical skills. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
