-Are you an experienced hotel department head, Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager looking for an Assistant Hotel Managers role?
-Do you have track record of working in smaller properties with a rosette status?
-Would you love to work in a hotel that caters for a wide range of guests including tourists, locals and corporate?

This potential gemstone of a role would be working for a hotel who have a series of properties in the Cotswolds.
Due to some internal changes I have a client looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager.
Working in the quaint boutique hotel with low beams and character, , you will be in charge of overseeing all areas of the business (working closely with the GM) and ensuring that standards are maintained. One of your primary roles will be to also oversee the smooth running of the 2 rosette restaurant as well as the whole management of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
My client requires an Assistant Hotel Manager with an air of authority who will have the strength of character to deal with; demanding guests; staff issues, personal and professional as well as ensuring the standards within the hotel are maintained at all times.
This role is not for everyone as you will be very hands on for both guests and staff. You will not be tucked away in an office doing hours of paperwork.
The Ideal Candidate
-Will have a strong F&B / and restaurant background
-Would have worked in rosette restaurant
-Experience of reception / reservations
-Decisive individual who can make decisions without having to always refer to the GM
-Will have a demonstrable background of training and development staff at all levels within a hotel business
-Ideally some experience of coordinating other departments within hotel environment
-A highly ambitious professional who would like to one day move into a GM role within the group.
-Immaculately presented
