Workplace description: This hotel near Tetbury is the perfect choice for anyone seeking Cotswold accommodation in a traditional English country hotel. It is set in acres of well-tended gardens and woodland, situated amidst the beautiful countryside of the Southern Cotswolds. This is a fine English country house hotel within easy reach of the region's numerous stately homes, gardens, bustling Cotswold market towns, pretty Cotswold villages and visitor attractions. It is easily accessible from the M4, which is 10 miles away, and the M5, which is within 15 minutes drive.
Main duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our busy Kitchen Team here at our 4* 2 Rosette hotel in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills.
Other desirable attributes include:

- The ability to work under pressure
- A desire to learn, progress and develop
As Chef de Partie you will very much be working as part of the team, assisting with daily prep and ensuring that your section is always clean, organised and ready for service.
Full training will be given on all sections and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen.
Essential criteria: You would have experience in banqueting to 150+ covers and have worked at your previous establishments for at least 1 year at a time. To have worked to at least2 Rosette standards would be most advantageous.
Accommodation provided: Yes
Charge for accommodation: 49.00 GBP per week
Meals provided: Yes on an all inclusive basis
