Contract Type: Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

We are recruiting for a Data Lead Administrator, working with both the LIS team and Higher Education (HE) Team this role will act as the single point of contact for HE data administration, systems and requirements whilst maintaining currency of knowledge. Following a student lifecycle approach the post holder will be responsible for HE data administration and returns to all required agencies including degree awarding bodies. The post holder will proactively support the development and review of HE data dashboards through ensuring high quality and accurate data, reflecting college requirements including Key Performance Indicators.

You will support the Head of LIS and Head of HE as required to produce and return valid and accurate funding returns within appropriate timescales ensuring all the different Funding Agency guidance rules are adhered to. Working across LIS, HE and Finance to ensure timely student finance administration and confirmation of attendance. Deliver excellent customer service to staff, students and any other college stakeholders, whilst delivering a continuous process of improvement for the systems they use within the remit of the role.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification as well as English and Maths at GCSE grade C or above (4-9), you will also have experience of data processing, reporting administration and knowledge of OfS/SLC data administration. You will work effectively independently and as part of a team using your own initiative. Ideally you will also have an accountancy or higher numeracy qualification, experience within FE or HE and knowledge of EBS or other student record systems.
