We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is willing to focus and commit for their customers. You will ideally have a background in customer service with strong administration and problem-solving skills.

The Account Manager Role
You will be supporting the onsite team to fulfil client demands from recruitment and selection to worker management. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workers.
  • Induction training with contractors followed by refresher training as required.
  • Preparing documentation required for client review meetings.
  • Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy and sending off to our Shared Service team.
  • Providing out of hours on-call support as required.
  • Handle compliance requirements and keep secure records for audit purposes.
