RESOURCE CONSULTANT - GRADUATE

Salary: 17k with incremental + performance related bonus package
Earnings year 1 up to £25K

Engaged upon LA International's bespoke graduate programme, initially as a Resource Consultant successful candidates will follow a schedule of exposure to all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle; candidate sourcing; advertising; candidate screening; telephone interviewing through to full client interaction and Business Development culminating in progression into a full Recruitment Consultant role.

Graduates with genuine ambition, professionalism and resilience combined with some commercial experience in either sales or marketing and the essential ingredient the drive and determination to succeed would be ideal.

LA International has achieved 30% year on year organic growth providing any new recruiter with an opportunity to progress into a management position and further, should you have the desire and drive.
